The COVID-19 pandemic is working against our TCMA mission to keep Central Texans healthy.  Just when we see a light at the end of the tunnel, a viral mutation occurs. While medical practices and our medical families can financially afford to maintain some semblance of normalcy, the clients and patients of our grant recipients are challenged beyond imagination.

This is our opportunity to pass the hat for our community. Please consider “funding a need” that will benefit those served by Volunteer Healthcare Clinic, Hope Clinic, St. Louise House, NAMI of Central Texas, TCMS Physician Wellness Program, Austin Black Physicians Association, and halfHelen.

Your fund-a-need donation is 100% tax exempt and guaranteed to benefit the clients of our grant recipients. A few examples* of what can be done with your generous donations include:

$25 provides one vial of insulin for one diabetic patient. Volunteer Healthcare Clinic

$50 provides two at-home colon cancer screenings. Hope Clinic

$50 provides bilingual counseling for mother and child. St. Louise House

$100 provides funds for two people to participate in an eight-week mental health class. NAMI of Central Texas

$175 provides a doctorate level counseling session for a physician or Alliance member. TCMS Physician Wellness Program

$200 produces three Conversations with Black Doctors videos, an educational website tool. Austin Black Physicians Association

$250 funds Glasses Day, a day of dispensing and fitting glasses for children. halfHelen

This year’s grant recipients touch the lives of so many central Texans who are in need.  Please support our efforts by adding a fund-a-need donation to your party ticket and raffle ticket purchase. We appreciate your generosity!
